Our philosophy is to make the product intuitive and as simple to use as possible and to empower the user to make the final decisions. Making a "simple" product is complex: we spend a lot of time and effort to create a quick and useful tool that gives you more time to do what you do best: make your guests happy.

Science? Yes, please!

The core of our waitlist is build on queuing theory, statistical analysis, and a lot of math. You might say, a ridiculous amount of math ... and code. Nerdy? We'd like to think so.

We drive to continuously improve our product using the scientific method: start with an idea, build it, test it, listen to the customers, analyze the data, adjust. Keep things that work, jettison those that do not. Repeat the process over and over until our customers are happy.
